Barbershops

Booked before the fade is finished.

Barbershop customers book at short notice: today after work, early on Saturday, quickly before the weekend. Your assistant answers on WhatsApp within seconds, knows every barber's free times and puts cut and beard straight into the calendar – in a casual tone if you like, and in your customers' language.

What your customers ask.

Typical messages – the assistant answers them with your information, around the clock.

  • Anything free today?
  • How much is a fade with beard?
  • Can I book with Can?
  • Do you cut kids' hair?
  • Do you take walk-ins?
  • How late can I cancel?

How a booking happens.

Without you picking up the phone – and without missing a thing.

  1. 1

The customer writes a quick message

“Anything free today?” – on WhatsApp, Telegram or as a voice message. The assistant replies within seconds, even when every chair is busy.

  2. 2

    It sees every barber

Free times, breaks and the buffer you set for cut and beard. Nothing is double-booked.

  3. 3

    Booked – or an alternative

If the preferred barber is full, it offers the next free time or a colleague.

  4. 4

The reminder comes the day before

With a link your customer uses to reschedule or cancel free of charge up to your service's cancellation deadline.

What it sounds like day to day.

Fewer no-shows. More cuts.

Your customers get a reminder the day before, and optionally again shortly before the appointment – by WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Anyone who can't make it reschedules or cancels free of charge via the link up to your service's cancellation deadline, and the slot can be booked again straight away.

  • Cancellation deadline per service, for example 2 or 24 hours before
  • Mark anyone who doesn't turn up as “Nicht erschienen” (no-show) with one tap
  • Optional: a request for an honest Google review after the visit – your customers can object at any time
  • Included in every plan

By WhatsApp more than 24 h after the customer's last message only with your Meta template (Meta charges you for it directly), otherwise by email – without an email address it is not sent.

What the assistant handles

  • Replies within seconds – at night and at weekends too
  • Books the preferred barber or suggests the next free one
  • Knows your prices for cuts, beards and combos
  • Addresses your customers in German with “du” or “Sie” – as you set it
  • Understands voice messages and replies in more than 30 languages

What it deliberately doesn't do

  • Never books a barber during their break or day off
  • Never promises walk-in spots – it books fixed appointments
  • Never invents prices or discounts

That is how the assistant is set up. It works with AI and can be wrong in an individual case – you see every conversation in the inbox and can take over at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Can every barber have their own hours?
Yes. You set working hours, breaks and services per person. Customers choose their barber – or “anyone” when the time matters more.
Can the assistant use “du” with our customers?
Yes. Under “Assistent” you choose “Du” or “Sie”. German reminders then use “du” too.
What about walk-ins?
The assistant books fixed appointments into free times. Whether and when you take walk-ins, you write under “Antworten” (answers) – and it says exactly that.
How short-notice can customers book?
You set that per service, from “immediately” to “one day ahead”. The assistant only offers times that fit.
Does the assistant reply in Turkish or Arabic too?
Yes. It replies in the language your customers write in – more than 30 languages, for example Turkish, Arabic or Russian. You enter your information only once, in German.
