You can cancel your appoint4u contract yourself at any time: signed in, in two steps in your account, or here without signing in. No phone call, no reason needed.
What applies when you cancel
Monthly plan
Your contract ends at the end of the paid month. Until then you use everything as usual.
Annual plan
Your contract ends at the end of the twelve-month term. Until then you use everything as usual.
During the trial
Your contract ends when the trial ends. Nothing is charged.
Free of charge
Cancelling costs nothing. Nothing is charged after the contract ends. Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
Changed your mind? Until the contract ends you can withdraw the cancellation with one click in your account under “Vertrag & Rechnungen” (plan & invoices).

The cancellation opens directly in your account. Two steps, then you see at once when your contract ends and receive the cancellation confirmation by email.

Can't get into your account? Enter the email address of your account and the name of your business. So that nobody can cancel someone else's contract, we send a confirmation link to the account owner.
- Send the form – you see at once that the email is on its way.
- Open the link from the email (valid for 48 hours) and tap “Jetzt kündigen” (cancel now).
- You immediately see the date and time of the cancellation and the end of the contract; the confirmation follows by email.

What happens to your data
Your account stays
After the contract ends your free account with your appointments, conversations and contacts remains. Only the plan's features are no longer available.
Export any time
Owners and admins download appointments, conversations and contacts as CSV files under “Einstellungen” → “Daten exportieren” (settings → export data) – before and after the contract ends.
Deletion on request
If the account should go too, write to us from the address stored in the account. We then delete your data within 30 days; invoices and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires. Your customers' messages are deleted automatically anyway after the period you chose in the settings.
