Questions? Answers.
What is appoint4u?
A WhatsApp assistant for your business. It answers customer questions with your approved information, books appointments into free times and hands over to your team when a human is needed.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You enter services, opening hours and answers in simple forms and connect WhatsApp through Meta's official sign-in. We guide you step by step.
Do my customers know they are writing with an AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant, and your team can take over any conversation at any time.
What if the assistant doesn't know something?
It invents nothing, says so openly and hands the conversation to your team with all details.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. On the monthly plan you cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month – right in your account, no phone call.
Is the AI included in the price?
Yes. Your assistant's replies are part of the plan – we run the AI for you. You need no contract with an AI provider. From Meta you only need the sign-in, so your customers can message you on WhatsApp.
Fewer calls. More time for your customers.
