Questions about pricing and contracts.

Is there a minimum term?

Not on the monthly plan: cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans run for twelve months.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Account, setup and WhatsApp connection cost nothing extra.

How does the free first month work?

Every plan starts with a 30-day trial for €0. At checkout you add a payment method (card, SEPA direct debit or PayPal) and confirm that the plan continues as a paid plan afterwards – nothing is charged during the trial. After 30 days the regular price is charged automatically until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. One trial per business.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time in your account. The price is prorated to the day; during the trial the trial simply continues.

Why are prices net?

We sell exclusively to businesses. VAT is added at checkout; with a valid VAT ID from another EU country the reverse charge applies.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

You see your usage in your account at any time. Extra costs never arise automatically – if a plan is regularly too small, we discuss switching with you.

How do I cancel?

In your account under “Plan & invoices” → “Cancel contract” – two steps, no phone call. Or informally by email. You see the end date right away.

Several locations or special requirements?

We plan allowances, onboarding and contract together with you – including a security review and data processing agreement.
